- The Oak Lawn Band is a local non-profit community band for primarily lesbian & gay musicians and audiences. We are an all-inclusive group that performs for the annual Texas Freeedom Festival Parade and presents 4 concerts yearly. We are a member of Lesbian and Gay Bands or America, a national group comprised of bands from all over the U.S.A., Canada, and Australia.
